Hi, brothers & sisters! I have an old National 6-string lap steel from the late '40s. It's been a few years since I played it. I've always tuned it to a low G tuning: D-B-D-G-B-D, from low to high, except for some excursions to C#m and 7th-tunings. I've played a . I have a Nashville 400, had an Evans 1×15.
