I have a 2007 Expedition that is now turning on the Hazard light while just sitting. I had to pull the battery cable to stop the battery from getting drained. This is not the first time we have dealt with this, however this is the first time we were able to.On the 2002 Explorer ther is only one Central junction box listed and that is under the dash on the left side.The fuse panel and CJB are one and the same. the battery saver relay is the third small relay down in the bunch of 3 in the middle of the box. .

I entered my VIN with the order and I called them to make sure they sent the correct one, mine is an early 2003. I also found this from Ford TSB - REPLACE THE CJB WITH SERVICE PART NUMBER 3L1Z-14A068-AA (VEHICLES BUILT ON OR BEFORE 02/03/2003) OR 3L7Z-14A068-AB (VEHICLES BUILT AFTER 02/03/2003) I have been facing the dreaded leaking windshield for years now. The problem originally started when heavy rain came through and simply my wipers would not work and the ABS light would come on. The next day after the GEM would dry, everything is back to normal. More recently the problem became. The circuit board in the Central Junction Box(CJB) can be damaged or faulty as well, they can melt a bit when the relay melts down. I replaced the relay in mine, but I mistakenly used plumbing flux which ruined the board in about 6 weeks. So I had to replace the CJB entirely.
