When you replaced the battery, did you put the battery hold down back on? If you didn't and the positive battery post touched ground. You've probally blown the 40amp fuse .

Check fuse f8 in the BJB(battery junction box) and you can swap another relay for the starter relay in the CJB(fuse box in the vehicle) The PCM controls the starter relay. I have a 2000 Ford Focus SE with anti theft Passive ( i think) and I'm trying to to find the Power Hold Relay, all i know is that its located at the Battery Junction Box (BJB) but I can't find the exact location. I want to find it so i can replace it. All the relays are listed in your owners manual. Well, it depends on what kind of engine you have.
