The IDM relay is in the 'battery junction box" (the TSB is have does not specify the location in the box). The IDM has a 30 amp fuse . One guy said the dealer put in a whole new central junction box. Others have said they could temporarily fix it by smacking the dash just above the radio. Whatever the issue is, it seems to have to do with the accessory shutoff delay. Let us know what you find.
