I just spent an hour reviewing the diagram for better understanding, and noticed that the Starter Solenoid (at the bottom by the starter motor) is mislabeled as the "starter relay", which lives in the junction box.

Will send out a separate post inquiring about any Northeastern blokes wanting to do some riding and also about any tech session scheduled nearby.
